Go to Innova instead. The service was fine, but CVS’ billing and financial system is downright horrible and unreasonable. I went in to be seen for potential flu symptoms. I paid the copay, saw the doctor, left CVS and thought that was the end of it. Fast forward to yesterday, i see a charge debited to my checking account for $700.00. I call CVS and they resubmit my claim, but i’m told it will take 30-40 business days to process the claim and recieve a refund. Nobody should have to go through this. Is it wrong to say Minute Clinic is your PCP? This clinic always helps my family in a pinch. The NPs are always knowledgeable and kind. Insurance charges hefty copays for using urgent care but not for Minute Clinic! Thanks CVS!
