Do not go to this clinic. This is amateur hour at best; gross incompetence is their standard. Scheduled an appointment online for 8:40, waited until 9:00 and the provider never showed up. The CVS manager said they don’t even staff the clinic regularly, yet still allow online scheduling to occur. I’ve taken my kids in for sports physicals to this location for years and will never do so again.
I’ve learned not to go to this MinuteClinic if I need any sort of vaccine or blood test testing. First issue was when booked an appointment for the Covid vaccine for my son, I show up and they said they don’t have the right supplies to do that. Second issue was another time when I booked an appointment for a blood work test, I show up, wait a while to be seen, then get told they don’t have the tubes to take a blood sample. So be warned, doesn’t seem like they keep the clinic while stocked with supplies.
Thought I had tip from earbud stuck in ear, but just fluid from backed up sinuses. Saturday night made Sunday appointment and got my flu shot too.
