If you have an appointment scheduled for 12:30 you shouldn't have to wait until 1:15 to get into your appointment. Just obnoxious.
Made an appointment and then they cancelled it last minute sending me an email cancelling it after I had already arrived. Then gave me a bad attitude when I asked about my appointment.
Got online to schedule an appointment today at 10am they gave me a appointment for 11am a hour. Made it to my appointment at 10:40 checked in was not called back until 11:15 I have been to multiple cvs clinics and they always have my info on file so I did not have my insurance card the nurse was very rude and told me I had to have my insurance card told me to wait in lobby while I talk to insurance company to get my insurance info and told me they were double booked if that was the case why was a 11am appointment available t... read more
Their kiosk doesn't work and won't let you check in when you arrive. Waited and luckily was able to get in.
