After waiting an hour for my appointment, I was informed that they didn’t have the material to remove a stitch, which was a complete waste of my time.
I was treated with kindness by the nurse and came out with a medical diagnosis in less than 15 minutes. A relief when you're feeling down. I highly recommend it.
Please beware! Do NOT provide your insurance upfront. Pay out of pocket and you bill you insurance directly. Their policy on payment is criminal. When insurance denies the claim, you then will be paying the grossly inflated bill they sent insurance instead of what would have been the out of pocket cost. The practioner was lovely. But this payment scheme is unethical
