Arrived for an appointment at 3 and was not seen until 4:15.I was almost told to wait until after the people with the 4pm appointments. Very unprofessional, definitely not a “minute clinic”
Went to the Minute Clinic. Very friendly. Very professional. Would absolutely go again.
Was about a 20 minute wait, but once in everything went well.
Minute Clinic really saved me today. My son had a sore throat and we couldn’t get in to see the pediatrician on a weekend. Jessie was so kind and great with kids, he is usually really scared of doctors. She swabbed him for strep, it was negative... but she even walked us out into the aisles to pick up Motrin and pedialyte. She also gave me my flu shot which I’ve been meaning to get. Will definitely be back!
I can’t say enough about the care received at Minute Clinic. I come here with my whole family and Jessie, Laura, and Leigh have always been amazing. They have always been professional and helpful for myself and my 3 kids. We wish they could be our PCP! For those complaining about the wait times- just make an appointment online. Also, keep in mind this is not an ER, they are providing a service within certain guidelines. If you’re at risk for something more serious they have to refer you out.
