More bad reviews than good ones. What does that tell you? CVS needs all new IT people. Throw the app away and start over, please. You'd be better off giving your locations a piece of paper for patients to sign in on - low tech style, since your high tech execution isn't working at all. Is it or isn't it a "WALK IN" clinic? I don't think you know what that means.
