This place definitely lives up to the reviews. The whole process was seamless.
I stood at the counter for 30 minutes on several different occasions and no one ever showed up to help me. On the rare chance that someone was able to help me, they could never provide the care that I needed. Go to UrgentCare or My Doctor Now. These people will never be reliable.
The people were kind, but the bill was way too high for the service provided. I told them what is wrong with me (I know what an ear infection feels like), and they billed over $300 to my insurance... $300 for what?! I told them what was wrong, they rushed with me, and I waited 30 mins to an hour for them to see me (and I had an appointment scheduled). No tests were taken, the NP only looked in my ears. Absolutely wild to me.
