The Nurse Practitioner, Gina Vines, has seen me multiple times over the past year or so and has always taken great care of me and even my 2 year old. I come here more than my primary care because she seems to care and does her best to be efficient. It’s a shame Walgreens only gives them 20 min slots so I know that’s hard to stay on schedule with.
Do not recommend, poor patient care. Schedule an appointment ended up leaving 30 minutes after sitting in waiting area. Received a call 40 min later from physician that she was ready to see me. Had explained we left after waiting long, she showed no empathy.
We arrived at minute clinic and waited a good 10+ outside. The ARNP, took us to the back to tell us that she couldn’t see my child because she was going to be behind in schedule. I explained to her to her that we waited 10 mins outside for her to call us in. She stated, I’m sorry I can’t see you. She turned my child away and refuse to see her. Clearly she doesn’t care about patients, other than her precious time. I have never seen a physician turn down a child because they will be running late. Do better!
