Very efficient and very clean

Provider does not have good bedside manner and had a rude, unwelcoming demeanor. Navigating MinuteClinic website to schedule an appointment is also challenging as someone who is comfortable with technology. Limited space and privacy for waiting area. There is no grace period for late arrivals - clinic wants patients there 10 minutes early even though you have to wait 10-20 min after your scheduled time.
