The NP and nurse were professional and friendly. The NP listened and took an adequate amount of time with me before giving a diagnosis. I’m now back to health due to the staff at the minute clinic.
My wife was seen at the MinuteClinic and the bill was over $1,000. They incorrectly filed insurance, so the insurance didn't pay. They charged my credit card. After explaining to them how they made an error, they agreed and said the credit card would be credited. One month later, nothing. Now I need to pay my credit card. I will never go to another MinuteClinic or refer anyone to the MinuteClinic.

Had my DOT physical here this morning, and the experience was great. Booked my appointment the night before for 11:20 AM. Arrived at 11:10 and quickly signed in at the kiosk. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I get a bit anxious at the doctor's office, so my initial blood pressure reading was slightly elevated.
