0 stars...don't waste your time! Nasty attitude. I have immune deficiencies and cancer and see multiple specialist that often prescribe antibiotics. Without examing my ear noe or throat she looked at my antibiotic past and told me she would not prescribe anything and insinuated that my Dr's didn't know what they were doing. The nurse practitioner did an excellent job assessing and testing for potential COVID-19 and flu symptoms. Through a thorough evaluation, she was able to determine that my daughter had Flu B and promptly recommended the appropriate medication to help begin her recovery. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and care made a stressful situation much easier for our family. The nurse practitioner was very rude. I was confused about the appointments and accidentally made one through the pharmacy instead if the minute clinic and she was not understanding at all. I’m a young adult learning how to book my own appointment and she showed no empathy.
