The nurse practitioner was awesome! Really helped me even more than my primary care physician.
Horrible, no bedside manners and very privilege attitude. Told me my insurance wouldn't pay for this ( she could not find the insurance in the computer)and I would have to pay for the simple flu visit $ 150 and $90 for the flu test. She treated me like a criminal or maybe she didn't like my accent and questioned me why I have this insurance. When I mentioned let me call my insurance and find out what name she has to enter in the computer in order to pull up the correct name. She got angry and frustrated; I left. I will never... read more
The wait was very short. The practitioner I saw was very thorough during my visit. She was also very pleasant and answered all my questions
The nurse was very sweet, and showed that she cared about our needs. In and out, even with the needed meds from the pharmacy.
Great service and convenient access with caring provider.
