The nurse practitioner did an excellent job assessing and testing for potential COVID-19 and flu symptoms. Through a thorough evaluation, she was able to determine that my daughter had Flu B and promptly recommended the appropriate medication to help begin her recovery. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and care made a stressful situation much easier for our family. The nurse practitioner was very rude. I was confused about the appointments and accidentally made one through the pharmacy instead if the minute clinic and she was not understanding at all. I’m a young adult learning how to book my own appointment and she showed no empathy.
Terrible customer service brushed me off like it wasn’t important and made me feel like I was wrong about my situation and acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. And didn’t give me time to explain my situation to her and just said are we done here?
The nurse practitioner demonstrated exceptional concern and compassion for my son’s health during our visit. She provided helpful guidance and practical tips, ensuring we understood how to prevent common illnesses and how to manage challenging health moments, such as the flu and similar conditions.
