This specific minute clinic doesn't take Tricare despite stating they do before your visit is concluded. Most likely due to absolute and sheer incompetence. You will get billed $130+ months after your visit. Be aware they will lie about taking a specific kind of insurance and bill you after.
I was treated with kindness and compassion during my visit. It was a comfortable visit, while still very professional and informative. Did not have to wait long for the results of a strep and flu test. I found this much easier than my past experiences going to any of the other urgent care clinics in the area, and next time this will be the first place I go.
Just like similar comments. I made a. Appt. Online. It was the last one. I picked the 5pm appt. And got to the store at 4:58 and was checking in on the screen. It could not find my appointment (my wife even checked online and saw the 5pm appt available and I advised her I already booked it and was on my way in. .the dr saw me checking in and asked if I had an appt. terrible customer service. I went in and the minute clinic was closed, I came back the following day after attempting to call CVS 5 times in the morning with no answer & no transfer. I got to the clinic and she was out for lunch, when I returned I waited and explained the situation. She was extremely rude and declined me as a walk in.
