Tried to speak to a human here. The answering machine said they would call back in 10 minutes. Now it’s 2 hours later and been on hold already for another 10 minutes. What a joke! Won’t be visiting this Clinic now or in the future. They must be making millions that they do not need to answer the phone!
Very bad experience. I was told it's in network with no out of pocket cost and then received a bill of $100 as it's out of network with my insurance. Also the nurse practitioner didn't have medical supplies available to treat my knee wound and asked me to purchase them from CVS pharmacy and take care of the wound myself. Abysmal service, would never go to minute clinic ever in my life.
TWICE. I have shown up WITH an appointment just to find out the clinic isn’t even open. I was given absolutely no warning, just my regular check in text. I will never be back. Edit: they do let you know through the pre check in link in their texts. However, if you’re like me and like to be prepared and therefore already did pre-check in then that notification is useless. Don’t walk in here thinking you will be helped without making an appointment ahead of time.
I went to the Minute Clinic in Poway and was treated by Tara. She was very positive and professional, and her manner put me at ease.
