Hung up on me after telling them what service I needed they said no and hang up without saying anything else would not recommend and they hardly understand English I belive because it took me 5 minutes to even explain what I was needing

This is my second time getting keys here and they don’t work … I was refunded the 1st time but have just went again yesterday 11/29/23 and they didn’t work I thought my husband didn’t put the key right but nope I bought me 7 keys yesterday and they don’t work ummm
Used minute key again to make several copies. One didn't work so I called them and actually talked to a person. Very professional. Refunded my money. So simple! [ LOVE Minute Key!! First time I have used a Minute Key kiosk.Took about 5 minutes to make 2 copies of a key. No waiting in line!! Copies worked perfectly!! Will definitely use next time.
Every key that i have had made works perfectly. I have had 20+ keys made.
