We had looked at many products over the past few months to bring Digital Signage to our K-12 campus. After significant research and countless demo, Mvix was the winner in our books. An amazing piece of software and is affordable. They launch new features and enhancements almost every month or so. - Cant wait to see what they bring in the years. Great products, but their support is awful. First unit we received was DOA. Its replacement was fine... for a while. Its file system was corrupted after a power outage, but after it was "fixed", it wouldn't play videos. We have four more of these & I hope they last. Again, we like the players and the cloud interface is pretty good too, but technical support is terrible.
Absolutely a nightmare to deal, especially their design team. I paid $500 to have simple menu boards designed. Three weeks later, I receive something that was clearly put together in 3 minutes with zero effort. Go somewhere else. I wish I would have. Don't let these guys design ANYTHING for you, you're better off searching craigslist, seriously! I wish I could attach a picture to this review to proof the crap I was presented with.
