I am an owner of 2 restaurant. Both my locations have been without a menu for a week. Not very reliable. "NO MEDIA TO DISPLAY" IS WHAT SHOWS UP ON ALL SCREENS. It has affected my businesses and staff. DON'T BUY. USE A USB FLASH DRIVE TO DISPLAY YOUR MENU WITH NO ISSUES. Save your money and frustrations.
It took some time for the players to come in, but once it was installed they've been running smoothly. Everything is run thru their software website, which was much better than our old display system that ran on USB drives. Happy so far with this company and haven't needed to call for service either

An amazing company with an excellent customer support. Their pricing is open and fair. They do not charge for ongoing fee... like the rest of the providers out there. Solid product. Software is wow! Customer service has been remarkable- very helpful and timely replies. Definitely using their systems as we plan on expanding this summer.
I Really liked he the product although support was sluggish in the beginning. Once it was up and running we were quite pleased. I suggest you ask thorough questions whne working with support team regarding player compatibility to 1080 vs 4k
Great building directory solution. Very flexible and has tons of templates to choose from. They have very good support and customer service - have always received a reply within 1-2 hrs of opening a support ticket - sometimes even faster.
My school principal and myself are quite pleased with the mvix software and our teachers seem to enjoy it as well. The process of getting things set up has been very easy and was helped a ton by Mike, our main contact. Their social media widgets are very well done. Lots of cool layouts and animations.
