So far the system has worked pretty good. We've had some issues since implementation but they seem to be smoothing out. We recently pushed content to our signs across two states for a company wide announcement. Though the announcement hit each sign at different times, it was largely a success. One sign did not receive the content and was running on WIFI. They seem to work much better if they are hardwired into a network.
Love the system now that I have it up and running, The start up and implementation was a bit confusing and not well explained but not a deal breaker. I would recommended the product. 4 Stars!
Mvix was great. After the initial set up I had a few small Issues that the customer service people took care of right away. Very happy with my lobby sign.
We have had great feedback from our customers on our menu boards! Clear sharp images and a great tool in explaining our product in a eye catching way!
RecommendedPlayback is FLAWLESS! I can now create whatever I want and have full control over every pixel. Guests (and staff) are amazed at the Welcome Center screen experience. They’re blown away! The Mvix VideoWall 4 was, without a doubt, the single, best purchase we’ve ever made at Grounds For Sculpture.
I've been working for two weeks to get an issue resolved and it still is not resolved. Three different case numbers, multiple people, poor communication and frankly would never recommend this product to ANY company. Problem is still not fixed and they have no sense of urgency or consideration for their customers.
