I've had these systems in place for a few years and haven't had too many issues, but when I do have to call in for something the support team is very helpful and professional to work with. They have reliably fixed any problems I've had within 10 minutes of me calling. Impressive product and good service!
When the system works it works but when it goes down, PRAY you don't have to contact customer support. They have been not been able to help and keep wanting to transfer me to their tier 2 customer support which has no phone contact. Their online digital signage software is very cumbersome to use in addition to the issues we have had with support. I have called support around 15 times over the last 2 days trying to resolve a simple network connection issue that we just needed to be walked through and they are hanging up on us... read more

Never felt so excited to play with technology at work! Making templates is fun and adding pictures is easy. Good job Mvix :)
Our church has a video wall in the lobby, several screens in the lounge area and smaller meeting room and classroom screens -- all on the Mvix platform. I have multiple people managing the screens and the content and all of them have their own logins - very clean multi-user support and monitoring. Only thing I wish they would do is have an app so I can check in on the entire thing from my phone
I like how easy it is to use the software. I can group my messages and move them around using smart playlists very easily. All I have to do is tag the message and give it an expiration date, the software will automatically add it to the appropriate playlist and drop it when it expires. That has come in very handy when managing screens in multiple locations
