I stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The check in process was a little confusing but once we found the elevator passed the front desk we were able to get upstairs to our room with no hassle. Room is clean, location is great (around the corner from South Street). Would stay here again!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Worst checkin process I have ever experienced. At one point I thought I had been scammed and this wasn't a legit operation. It took many hours and multiple phone calls to get into the locked building and they've extremely disorganized and unhelpful. This isn't a real hotel... it's like staying in an Airbnb but with an extremely unresponsive and unhelpful host. I was told by customer support that they were busy and have a lot of calls. No security, no front desk, washer unit makes clothes smell and no parking unless you are willing to pay by the day of $25. Anyone with the easy code to get in can walk in. I seen a few people just walking down the hall that don't work or live in the area. There are no mailboxes so if you want your personal mail in a random box, I guess. There is a new club underneath the building so the music will blast all night. Reported it and nothing the company can do.
