Amazing location and great rooms! Just a heads up- limited room service.
Clean experience in every way, from reservation to staying to checkout. Highly recommend this alternative to a hotel room.
Shower is weak, if it's better then it's a 5 star. Not in a good neighborhood but the location itself is fine, room is very clean and well equipped. Not having a front desk is not ideal but it is how it is.
Terrible customer service, no one is physically at the hotel to help with issues and they make it intentionally difficult to contact them. This is hardly a hotel, amateur hour at its finest.
