I switched to MHD two years ago. I had been with my previous dentist for over 30 years but his support staff just did not measure up. I have been very pleased w/ the level of care and the beautiful offices make it even easier to go.

No one likes going to the dentist...at least NO ONE I know, but everyone at Mint Hill Dentistry makes it easy for me to walk thru their door. I love seeing Liz (my hygienist) She knows I am a big sissy so she makes sure my cleanings are pain free and easy. Dr Roupas and his entire team always meet you with a smile so your nervousness eases immediately. Everyone is professional, friendly and thorough. Today was my first appointment and I do not believe it could have gone any better. I was treated so well by everyone in the office. I felt the conversations with everyone were genuine and I was made to feel right at home. Dr. Burd was excellent, everything was explained before anything was started. I feel bad because I do not remember his assistant's name but she was fabulous as well they worked so well together and kept me comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. The office at Mint Hill Dentistry are comfortable and inviting. This is important to me because being at the dentist can be nerve racking. Everyone was very kind and pleasant and all were professionals at their jobs. Thank you.

Dr. Sullivan and his staff should be the envy of all dental offices in the country. As a retired dentist I feel qualified to pass judgement on this office. No need to pick a favorite hygienist as they are all so pleasurable and still up to date and a definite attribute to this practice. Dr Sullivan showed me the latest imaging (dental MRI'S) technique which led to the statement I made to my wife upon leaving the office today. If you come to this office you will go to your grave with all of your teeth intact.
