As always the staff was warm and welcoming. The office was very inviting. beautifully decorated for the Christmas Season. Dr. Sullivan was on time and had me in and out within a half hour.
I am NOT a fan of going to the dentist BUT since going to Dr. Roupas at Mint Hill Dentistry that has all changed!! Dr. Roupas is amazing (NO PAIN) and caring. His assistant, Amy, is also so friendly and caring; as is Monica the hygienist who scrapes and cleans your teeth without you even feeling it !! The ladies at the front desk are also so friendly and helpful! If you have any reservations about seeing a dentist GO TO MINT HILL DENTISTRY !!!
Cindy, my hygienist in December did very through work and was careful not a cause any pain. Dr Roupas, as always make me feel at ease. He watches suspect places and lets me know when they need attention. .

I moved to MHD from a dentist I had been going to for almost 30 years. I have been very happy with the level of care and caring that I have received.
Dr. Burd and Robin are always excellent. They put the patient first, they are thorough, and they are simply great people! I've been going to them more than 25 years, and wild horses couldn't drag me away. THANK YOU, DR. BURD AND ROBIN!
I have been going to MHD for about 17 years and I stay there because my dentist is such a perfectionist! From fillings, to broken teeth, to crowns Dr. Roupas takes that extra step, never cutting corners, to make sure my smile shines!! And, many of the hygienist, assistants and office staff have been there just as long as I have That says something about their work environment!! I love Mint Hill Dentistry ... keep up the good work!!
Mint Hill Dentistry is busy trying to correct damage a less attentive dentist left me with. Although my dental insurance doesn't include them in my plan, I will never leave them because they are the most thorough, competent, and attentive dental practice I have ever dealt with in my 59 years. Shirley is a wonderful, professional and caring hygienist!
Everyone was so nice and professional. I have already shared this practice with several friends and family.
