I moved from CO a year ago leaving my long time dentist and unsure I would ever find another great dentist. My co-worker, Anita J. told me about her dentist Dr. Roupas so I called to set up an appointment. The day of my appointment, I was getting my regular "oh my, I've got to go to the dentist" anxiety but Anita assured me I would love Dr. Roupas. She was right! Susie (dental hygienist) is excellent. She is thorough, professional and gentle. A true asset for Mint Hill dentistry.
Dr. R is awesome! He has the very best bedside manners and he makes you feel like you are not at a dentist's office which we all(at least most) dread. The office staff is always welcoming and patient friendly.
I had a toothache and I was able to get in the same morning I called. I saw the new dentist, Dr. Ricker. I was impressed with him, both his dental skills and his personality. All of you are a great team!
