I have been going to Mint Hill Dentistry my entire life and continue to go even though I don't live in the direct area anymore. Dr. Roupas and Shirley have always treated my family and myself as family and I get excited to go see them! Even though I didn't get to see Dr. Roupas at this past visit, he made sure that Shirley told me that he was sorry that he was going to miss me. I had an Emergency Situation with an Abscessed Tooth this past Thursday evening. I have a regular Dentist, but that practice was too far away, closed, and no good way to get in touch. My son had previously recommended Mint Hill Dentistry, so I took a chance. To my relief I received a call back that night and got an appointment for the next morning [Friday]at 8:00 AM. I have been a patient of Dr.Burd for several years now and he has always been great with a very pleasant attitude. Dr.Brud always takes the time to answer and explain any of my questions. He is cognizant of the financial aspect and effectively helps prioritize any needed procedures. Unfortunately I recently moved to Mooresville and getting down to Mint Hill just didn't seem possible until I experienced the service and quality of another dentist. My experience at this office was awesome!!! Even though I go to the Dentist every six month as scheduled, I am always a wreck when its time to go. I was so relaxed from the time I came though the door until my absolute last second in the office. Dr. Ricker and Cindy were the best ever and I was put it ease right away. The front office staff was one of the friendliest I've met. There is no doubt that I would highly recommend this Dentist.
Monica is the best! She keeps me distracted with tales of her family and house building project. She reminds me to breathe! And she's oh so very careful with my sensitive gum areas! While my blood pressure is high at the start of the session, I leave feeling calm with a bright smile. Thank you, Monica!
These folks always take care of all my dental needs in a family friendly way. Shirley and Dr. Sullivan are fantastic, along with the rest of the staff!
