The recent visit at Mint Hill Dentistry was above standard. The level of service and business culture provided by all staff was exceptional. I highly recommend aspiring patients to communicate with the staff for a tour and consultation with physicians. I have truly been satisfied during my stint with Dr. John Burd for over 20 years.
Couldn't ask for a better experience. Dr. Burd and his Assistant, Mandy, couldn't hsve been nicer or more helpful. From the time I walked into the beautiful lobby, the ladies at the front desk and my whole experience was very pleasant.
I find the staff at Mint Hill Dentistry topnotch!! I have been coming to Dr Roupas since 2003 with the best feeling for a dentist ever!! The record keeping of my care and their genuine concern for the well being of the patient is outstanding. Yes, I owe my smile to MHD!!

I had a very pleasant visit. My grandson was with me this trip and everyone was very sweet to him while I had my teeth cleaned. Your office is very nice and so are the people who work there.
Valet parking is the only thing missing from getting 5 star dental care. But, the staff and doctors more than make up for it, and I'll keep coming back . . . .
Mint Hill Dentistry was referred to me three years ago by a co-worker, and I have been happy every since! I have had numerous dentists in the last 30 years but Dr. Roupas has been the BEST!!! He along with his Dental Hygienist, provide professional and courteous service each time. The front office staff are pretty friendly as well.
I had been going to a Dentist for 25 years. When her retired I found Mint Hill Dentistry and I am glad I did. Not many Dr's will call you about issues and take the time to explain what is plan and what I can expect as well as follow up calls after procedures. Dr. Roupas is great and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Wish I had found them years ago.
From the front desk to the hygienists to the Drs, this is the best practice around. I see Dr. Earle Sullivan and my hygienists are Susie or Robin. They do a great job. Everyone is friendly, competent and make going to the dentist easy. I can't say that about other practices.
