My expectations of Mint Hill Dentistry are extremely high due to the fact I do not care to have dental work of any kind. This is probably a reaction from when I was much younger and the dentist at that time was border line sadistic in his care for patient. At MHD that is not the case --- the staff and dentists really care about the patient and their comfort range.
I did not know that there was this quality of Dentistry in the world but I was wrong.I came in for a tooth extraction after going to (night and day dentistry).They would not do it but it cost me $100 to find out. I think they spent the best part of their money on advertising not on schooling or HONESTY. However when I came to MINT HILL DENTISTRY I soon learned that they are the best of the best and I have had no issues since the extraction. As usual, I had a fantastic experience at Mint Hill Dentistry. I have been with Robin for her entire career and with Dr. Sullivan and Roupas even before Dr. Leigh retired. It was neat to see son David working in the practice with his dad. I think these guys are terrific and they have made a big difference in my smile. Love them all.
The staff was very professional, friendly and very competent.
If you want to be treated like a human and with care, Dr. Byrd is hands down the man. He takes the time and listens to my concerns. Then he lets me know best practices that will help me fix any issues. I can honestly say, he cares about me as a person. If you're unhappy with your dentist or looking for a dental home- Mint Hill Dentistry should be your new go to. All of the staff from the. Front to the back are absolutely wonderful.
My first visit to see dr Sullivan was awsome! Experience from when I walked in to when I left was superb!! Made me feel very comfortable!! Would highly recommend this office to anyone!!
From the moment you walk in the door, you know you are their most important patient! I always feel comfortable whether there for a cleaning, crown, root canal etc., I always feel respected and well taken care of. What more can I ask for in a dental group? Mint Hill Dentistry knows what they’re doing!

My husband and I have been patients of Mint Hill Dentistry for over 40 years through 3 different locations, each time moving further from our house!
