My husband and I love our new DDS office. I was so worried about a tooth that was bothering me and they made me feel so much better. The staff was super nice and they recommended the least invasive and expensive options first. We highly recommend them.
The absolute best dentist office I have ever been too. From the appointment setting as a new patient to the arrival checkin and of course the actual work. Dr. Earl Sullivan and Ms. Michelle were just perfect. They took great care and detail in explaining how an old filling that had been giving me problems from the time it was put in from a previous dentist at another location. I started having tooth pain about 4 days ago. On Sunday afternoon the pain was unbearable. I called the office on Monday morning around 8:30 AM AND explained the pain I was having and they scheduled an appointment for me that early afternoon. We I was seen by Dr. David Sullivan he showed compassion towards me. He is always informative during my regular check ups as well. I recommend this dentist office always to my co workers and friends.
Who in the world rates a dentist office? People who visit amazing dentist offices, that's who!The staff made me feel welcomed and at ease, which was great because I have not been to a dentist for 2 years. I was nervous and anxious (as could be expected), but from new patient paperwork to cleaning to neck massage, checking for cancer (which is standard at each visit), I felt more and more comfortable and amongst great professionals. The environment is clean and friendly and makes me want to go back (which of course I will!)
I continue to be very satisfied with the professional service provided at Mint Hill Dentistry. They are very attentive and offer personalized service. Highly recommended.
