Staff did not seem professional. They took a really long time to pull us back. Once we were finally pulled back the staff member gave us a story about how it was her coworkers fault we had to wait so long and put all the blame on 1 person.
We were very unimpressed with the level of ca... We were very unimpressed with the level of care we received. We had to wait long past the initial appointment time to be taken back. We were shoved in a small room that had a desk with a projecting ledge with sharp corners- several times my child almost hit their head on it, once it actually did occur. The dentist that came in wasn't what I would say child-friendly.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The facility was clean, new, and had options to keep the kids entertained. All expectations were met and exceeded. Dr. Todd told me what to expect in dental care as my children grow, loose teeth, get new ones... very helpful!
