I walked I the door was greeted by a receptionist to check in and so apparently they lost or canceled my appointment wen I already confirmed it she caught an attitude when I started asking her questions so I matched her energy and wanted me to cancel my appointment which would have been $50 cancellation fee and I told her I’m not gonna do it I told her I’m here to get 6 months cleaning and not no damn exam how do a appointment get mysterious cancel on the day of wen I already confirmed it and she was talking bout the guess a... read more
Had a great experience. All the staff was very friendly and helpful.
My was experience was everything! The entire staff from start to finish were very welcoming and professional!
Love the staff at this office especially Kashae! She is very attentive and caring! The best customer service all the way including the dentist and assistance! Do your self a favor and go see for yourself! Way to go to the HORNE team, blessings!!!! Thanks again for the promt help Kashae!!
