Listen to the kids My oldest had a blast with you guys! She loved all the ladies and the dentist was great. My younger one was not happy at all! I explained on the new patient questionnaire that she does not like x-rays. She has a sensitive gag reflex and she says that when she puts the paper in her mouth she feels like she is going to swallow it and her "spit" makes her choke. My 5 yr old had to have extensive oral surgery, and the dentist and techs couldn't have taken better care of her. She did very well, had minimal pain and bleeding, and they calmed her fears. They were very attentive of her.

I was very PLEASED with the overall customer service my daughter had. Even with her special needs the staff treated her as just a "REGULAR" CHILD They spoke to her and of course she looked at me for approval to answer them. Once she was comfortable( which did not take long) she was good with all the staff.
