Recommendedwelcoming atmosphere...very patient forward ,takes care of the little things I will be going back and giving referrals to attend they set the bar.
I have used Mint for a couple years. They used to be good and reasonably price. Not any more. Corporate greed has taken over. No reason for a crown to cost $1,200. Then they don’t care about your time. No reason a cleaning should have taken an hour and 45 min. Oh that’s because they left me setting in the chair and said someone would be back to talk to me about a treatment plan. I had to get up and go to the front desk to find out what was going on. I used to recommend them. Not any more.
I started here as a patient in 2014 and it has taken until July 2020 to get my permanent bridge sat only for it to break in 2 weeks. Since I originally started going the bedside manner and customer service has become practically nonexistent. They don’t keep up with what they do and offer to patients and they are Severely over priced
I went to my regular check up (keep in mind I spent $10,000 last year with them). I never had to pay to clean my teeth, unless it was a deep cleaning. This time I got charged $25 for my deep cleaning which I was fine with it, but then they turned around saying I didn't need a deep cleaning so they would give me a regular one and refused to give me the deep one they said at first I need it (even though I was charged for it at front), same thing for my fiance. District manager is condescending and plain rude. I have never seen a manager with such lack of customer service skills in my life. Loyal customers for years and will definitely not be back. Tried charging us for work they did before and needed to be fixed even thou they offer life time warranty... Then up charging us for cleaning then changed the whole story on what needs to be done. VERY disorganized and just don't care about clients. Plain and simple. This location was wonderful before Ms. Pope started working here!!!!

RecommendedI just want to shout out these amazing staff members. When you first walk in you’re greeted by beautiful people inside and out. Ms. Bailey checked me in and provided 5⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️ service. I came in for my cleaning which Kim did amazing on and an extraction by the extremely talented Dr. young. I had two amazing dental assistants Jazzmin and Maribel. I’m deathly terrified of needles but the way Maribel was really there for me was outstanding. Jazzmin was sweet knowledge and over amazing. 10/10 would recommend
