Great staff, I generally get nervous at dental offices, but one girl, Jamie had me feeling better and even laughing by the end of our chat. Everyone was wonderful. I saw Dr. McNeil, very friendly. I met Tonya, office manager, she came up and help me set up my dental plan, she was amazing! Thank you guys! Definitely not a Trumatic experience I remember from going to the dentist back in the day!
The manager is completely fine with the dentist giving poor care, walking out on patients and having zero sensitivity towards a patients needs. Neither Tanya or the main Dentist can truly give health CARE to people.
They are not the Dental people they claim to be.
Emergency dental work is usually a pain but Mint dental took care of me painlessly.
