Centrally located, the popular Market St. lounge attracts an exceptionally diverse group of the Bay Area's top singers. We also boast the best KJ's, the best singers, and one of the largest karaoke collections around. Even though it is such a popular bar, The Mint is always receptive to newcomers and first-timers. I'd been there for 5 minutes when someone said "you haven't ordered 2 drinks, you have to leave" It was really weird, possibly racist of them.
Lots of solo wannabes singing to no one at all. Popular spot, but bad for groups. About 30 of u s reserved the space, but they gave equal weight to us and the crowd if 3-5 because they have to cater
Such an amazing staff! Singers here are really good, and the song selection it's too bad

Def have to tip to get your song in, and even then, you might have to wait 2 hours.
Sign up right away! The wait can get long.
Great song selection & great people. The crowd gets into the songs. I had an awesome night here.
