Plato's 'Republic', Shakespeare's 'Romeo and Juliet', Stephen Hawking's 'A Brief History of Time', Minsky's Pizza. Minsky's is a modern day culinary Prometheus, having stolen the fire of the gods and baked it into a delicious crust with sauce that is indeed a divine revelation. The hungry should enjoy, but beware, their definitions of beauty, truth, and above all taste, WILL be melted by an avalanche of warm, cheesy, holiness. Oh, and our server Rebecca was great.
Lee's Summit location: Very friendly service, pleasant atmosphere, great tasting pizza with unlimited choices of toppings for their pizzas. One could eat here five days a week for a year and not have to have the same pizza twice! Other foods are just as tasty and this place is always busy - a great indication that something good is happening inside. We've been in Lee's Summit 22 years now and it still is our favorite.
We absolutely love Minsky's! It never disappoints! Very yummy and the service was excellent! We will be back!
My husband and I really enjoy going to Minsky's Pizza. I love their gluten free pizza. It is really delicious. They also have some other gluten free items. The lemon cake is yummy. My husband likes the pizza and Minsky's sub. He also likes the lemon cake. The wait staff are all very nice. Jean took our order today and she is very friendly and attentive. Minsky's is consistently very good food. The last time we went, LaurenC did an excellent job of serving us. You can tell she like helping people.
I love this place. I am addicted to the Bacon Cheeseburger pizza. It is sooo good. The Restaurant always has nice workers and wonderful food. We will be coming back soon.
Minskeys is our favorite place for pizza. We always have good service and it is clean. We usually go to the one on 291 and are always happy with the food and service.
Minsky's is the best pizza in Kansas City-hands down. Our favorite location is the one on Barry Road East. The restaurant is always clean, the service is always great, and the food is amazing. We love to go in when Jean is working because she is our favorite server! She remembers your name and calls you by it when you come in. We eat at Minsky's pizza at least once a week and really like the pizza. The service is great and they always treat us well. We highly recommend them!
