Had lunch there last month - 3/9/15 to be exact. One of my favorite pizza restaurants in Kansas City. Love their Italian Buffalo Chicken Pizza. And had great service from my server. Makes for a good place for lunch meetings or a dinner date.
We dine at this Minsky's often and we always have wonderful service from Jean. The food is amazing as well, always hot, fresh and served with a smile. Would recommend this Minsky's to anyone. Love it!

We have always loved this Minsky's in Blue Springs, MO. Everyone is so nice and so friendly. Beth is just great, as was Andrew when he worked there, and also we enjoyed Ashley who is now the Manager there. We really had a great time with 14 of us (7 adults and 7 under 11). Everyone loved it!!!. Thanks so much to everyone, and they should all get a nice bonus!!! Sharon Lotz
