On Friday, Feb 6, 2015, I had a GREAT visit at this Minskey's Pizza. I came in person and ordered two specialty salads and an order of mushrooms for take-out. I knew I wanted to have a beer while I waited (which I didn't wait long...the food was done fast!). I wanted to have a "butter-beer". Callie J. (the bartender) was kind enough to make it just the way I like it...and it WAS GOO-OOD!!! David was the manager at this location. I plan on staying a frequent customer at this location. Great job Minsky's team!!! Great job!!!
Ashley at Minsky's Blue Springs is awesome! She is very attentive to her customers and as the manager she keeps her employees working hard. She knows us by name when we come in and gets our drinks herself before the waiter even gets to the table. In addition to the great service, Minsky's has awesome pizza! And now the Blue Springs location has a full bar for anything alcoholic you would like to drink. We will continue to go back!
When mom and my sisters get together we enjoy going to Minsky's on Barry Road East. Jean always knows that we all order the same thing every time. The calzones are fabulous. My favorite is the 5-star cheese which is one of the many gourmet selections on the menu. The service is always great. Thanks Jean for always making us feel so special.
The service at Minsky's is always fantastic. The pizza was hot and the drinks were cold. A perfect way to end a hectic week!
They never fail to produce a high quality delicious pizza, I haven't had a bad one yet and I have been a customer for well over a year. The server we had was on it and never let me reach the bottom of my cup and read my mind when I was about to ask for a box. Tim was outstanding!

Minsky's is the best pizza in KC, hands down. The group at 51st and Main are fun and always take care of us when we are in for lunch. And the Slice, Salad, and Drink Lunch Special is about the best deal in town. I high recommend this restaurant and this location is one of its best.
We have Minsky's at least once a week and have never been disappointed. They have a wide variety of pizza specialties and we are very impressed with the gluten free menu item options. Carry out is quick and easy and our pizzas have always been on time. Highly recommend!
