Minsky's is always great. They have really good specials and their spaghetti is wonderful. But I love their mini pizzas - always hot and fresh! If you go into the South Plaza location, definitely ask for Heather - she is supercool and the best waitress!
I have eaten at the Minsky's in Blue Springs several times recently and I just love place. Highest quality pizza I have had in a long time. They have a great family atmosphere and sports on all the televisions. Great people, great food, great times. Minsky's is my new hang out spot.

Great place for pizza lovers. Fresh ingredients, friendly atmosphere, excellent service. Jean is the best server, she is a true asset to the company.
I go to Minsky's quite often for lunch. It is always good food, and great service. I just recently went there, and had Lauren C. for my server. She provided excellent service, and was very attentive. I had the cheeseburger pizza, on wheat. Food was great, drinks were great, service was excellent. Couldn't ask for a better lunch.
Food is always great and service (Jean) is always fast, friendly and accurate! Enjoy going on a regular basis and will continue to do so!
Minsky's is great. It is a very nice, quaint location. Lindsey is awesome! She is our favorite waitress. She remembers us and remembers what we like. I would suggest this place to all my friends and family! :)
This Minsky's location is really great for when you're out and about around the plaza and want to grab some great pizza! Our server Sarah C. was extremely helpful by helping us decide on which pizza to try (We ended up getting the the mediterranean with chicken instead of lamb sausage and it was wonderful.) overall I would highly recommend this Minsky's and Sarah C's great suggestions!
Great food, service and clean. We will always go back for more pizza!
