There was one time I called and the person on the phone was a tad condescending because I didn’t have the exact auto vernacular down which was corny but otherwise, great experience!

We will get that fixed when we visit Ferndale Michigan again next spring. 2.5 Star : Customer Service We had to call for updates. Ron, our main contact was grumpy and rude most of the time.
