Everyone I spoke with here from the ultrasound technicians to the secretaries was very kind. They were very accommodating with scheduling my appointment. They had music playing and a star projection machine on the walls/ceiling during the procedure, so it was easy to relax.
I underwent a routine mammogram and ultrasound, and the report is still not available. Each time I follow up, I am told to wait “another week,” and then yet another week. This level of delay is unacceptable. It reflects a serious lack of responsibility and disregard for patient health and well-being. Timely diagnostic reporting is not optional—it is critical.
