Gabriel is AWESOME! Gabriel has been very helpful when it comes to communication and payment arrangements. He’s always understanding and professional. He makes the process less stressful.
The house I seen at 7708 Elm Ave in Lubbock, Tx was in great condition and was a good look outside and inside, very spacious but the rooms were a little small. Other than the room sizes the place were crawling with roaches. It didn’t look dirty at all but it was infested with roaches, other than the small rooms and roach infestation I think the home was very nice and would consider it.
Jami, Claire, and Wendell in Maint/office especiasly Jami always on top and punctual in supporting workorders, the scheduling challeges with tenants and Home Warranty assigned service providers at tines, are awesome. Jami follows through and keeps me and other stakeholders promptly in the loop. Can't appreciate enough, just outstanding!
