Nothing but excellent. Love my house, the service is excellent. I have not had any real issues. What issues I did have they were on it quickly and professionally. One of the best properties I have ever dealt with. ♥️♥️♥️

I really liked the place at 3311 - 79th. It does need a cleaning but overall, it’s one of two places I am considering. The other place is a good price, not quite as much as this one, but I like both of them.

I have had very good relationship with Minnix property management. They have responded asap on any maintenance requests I have turned in. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was especially impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of vendor sent out on last maintenance request. His name is Case and he went above and beyond to complete request. Thanks Minnix great job on maintenance. I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Minnix properties
