I'm a local landlord that uses Minnix Property Management. They have a wonderful person named Jami who works for them. She is in charge of the Work Order Dept. I have had nothing but positive results when I need to get her to do something. Jami is very polite, get the job done oriented, and a pleasure to work with. In addition, I don't hear "This is not my department" from her. How refreshing. While Minnix is staffed with many fine individuals, I believe Jami stands out as "a cut above."
