The process was made easy by amazing agents and my move in went very smoothly.

Renting with Minnix is pretty simple. We only have a few issues every now and then and they are quick to respond and find solutions. I have been renting with them for 4 years now, I think (time flies when you work all the time). I do wish rent would not increase so much every year but that's a whole different conversation. I do recommend signing the lease on a computer as it will not let you scroll properly on the phone, without taking you to the top of the page automatically (Quite frustrating to work with). 4 stars because... read more
