Minnex is horrible! We have had nothing but horrible plumbing issues since we have moved in. Can’t ever get maintenance to come in a timely manner ever! Everything is just pieced together in the house and falling apart! Would never recommend my worst enemy!
I really would like to thank Gabriel from minnix for always working with us and always keep up the good work
Minnix has been so great while searching for a new home. The online scheduling for tours is easy to navigate and the self guided tours make it easy to just check it out and decide if the place and price are right for you or not without any pressure. Thank you for a great experience.
Kinsley was very professional, accessible, and attentive to every detail. Her communication really stood out!
