Someone from the office left me voicemail mentioning ‘stupid application’. Not sure how legit this business is. I’m glad I didn’t waste my money on an application with them, very unprofessional. I haven’t even submitted an application due to an error on the website and was left a voicemail from this office saying ‘stupid application’.
For the past 4 years, it has been almost impossible to receive any maintenance requests and concerns in the home we are renting. I would highly recommend not doing any form of business with Minnix.
