Exactly what we are looking for I will add one thing The app to fill out your rental application is kinda bogus and I believe that there are pieces of information that are being requested that are not necessarily needed for instance our rent normally comes out of one account not two so why would you require the other tenants Banking info ?? My husband and are trying to rent and it's kind of a hassle
