I can say my car always seemed to run rough. After service I could not detect this any so this works for me. I also appreciate teaching time and owner really listening to my response about what's important to me in a mechanic!!!!!
After a huge debacle with the tow company getting our vehicle there, we had the most WONDERFUL experience. They were friendly and prompt. Put our mind at ease and discussed price upfront. They pulled it right in, diagnosed the problem (which was a hose) and instead of waiting for the piece to be delivered, a sweet young girl even RAN (literally) across the street to a parts store to grab a hose to finish it up. We are grateful for the exquisite customer service and plan to move all of our auto mechanic needs to this one shop... read more

The staff is great, especially the front desk employee! They replaced my back rotors and pads very fast. I highly reccomend doing business with them.

I’ve had nothing but car maintenance experiences that make me feel icky and ignorant. I cannot say ENOUGH what a breath of fresh air Minnie’s is! Great, prompt service, reasonable pricing, and being treated like an equal member of society. Who would have thought?!
