I went through several mechanics before giving Minnie's a shot. I was blown away by the service, fair prices, and absolutley AMAZING customer service. Sarah, Lindsey, and Claudia are phenomenal. I have had a ton of stuff done to my truck, and lots more to do. I have to be 100% honest, I HAVE had 2 issues with them, however they were very quick to acknowledge and admit their mistake, and even quicker to make it right. Their service is excellent. Everyone is very friendly. Everything is explained to you. The waiting area is a nice place to relax or bring your laptop and get work done while you wait.
Just came in for a code check on my engine light , and i felt comfortable! The environment is amazing and calming . I have bad anxiety , but walking in here i was happy from the first moment . Everyone is nice , i love how the waiting area is set up , definitely going to recommend this place others
Very impressive! I came in for an inspection expecting to pay $80 cause most places just reach into your pockets, but it was only $20ish. I was expecting this place to stink like most auto shops, but the aroma was like a warm hazelnut and vanilla. I was greeted with a welcoming smile! Great service and the staff are friendly and kept me informed throughout the process. I plan to go back for routine maintenance services and I highly recommend and have already. If you have any auto issues that needs attention, stop by and give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
