Tom is very unprofessional and rude over the phone. Tried to get some help getting a spare key made and got the run around from both him and Dick. When I called back and tried to explain what I needed I was interrupted mid sentence and Tom asked what I needed because he had a customer at the counter. I will take my business to the dealership before here and I recommend everyone else do the same. Price is very comparable to the dealership anyways.
