We are a family owned company in business since 1982. We service residential, commercial and automotive customers, with rekeying locks, having keys made and opening locks service. Please stop in our shop for expert key making. We are able to cut and program most GM, Ford and Chrysler automotive keys.

Quick service I accidentally locked my keys in my house and could not get in. I contacted Minnesota Locks and they were here within a half hour. The gentleman was also very nice.
Wonderful service! ***** installed new locks and handles on my decades-old doors and did a great job. Pleasant, patient to get it just right, professional, and personable. Even swept the floor! Very reasonably priced and responsible. Highly recommend Minnesota Locks!

A special lock was installed for my husbands health issues and it started not working about a few months after installation. I had problems entering the property and then, more recently actually trying to leave the property. Both are completely unacceptable and a safety issue and a privacy violation. Mn locks refused to change and just walked away from any responsibility.

On November 10, 2020, we installed 2 Kaba Simplex Keypad Locks on ******************************* townhome in Woodbury. These locks were installed with the keypad on the inside to prevent her husband, who has Alzheimer's, from being able to exit the home alone. We were called on several occasions starting January 22, 2021, because she was unable to get in. On each occasion the lock was working fine.
