I want to say that I have never been treated so poorly by pain management. I've been to 2 pain management places in Maryland, the last one for ten years. At the Minnesota institute my last visit, I was punished for having not made an MRI appointment. I explained to the practitioner that I was scared. Because of my claustrophobia, she wanted me to get done under full anesthesia. I had been seeking open MRI and they told me it was not available. Well, that was a big fat lie. Went here for 2 years and I just want to say that you can find better care. The doctor did work with my car accident settlement, but that’s about it. Take your time to find other care before coming here. It’s a depressing office. Nura is better.

I just want to say I like Dr Ramona but her receptionist I called last week with a problem I needed Dr Ramona to speak to another doctor I complained to Dr Ramona about how she treated me I couldn't get a call in I couldn't even answer the phone she kept sending me to voicemail she makes her patients run away I'm at the edge of doing that poorly treated disrespected and it's crazy that nobody's doing anything about it that's the type of treatment that you get when you walk into her office
