What is pathetic is that I left a message 8/23 9:30 am, entered a portal message mid afternoon 8/23, left another message 8/24 around 9 am. Why is it so hard to provide Customer Service? Still waiting.....just to make an appointment!!!!!!!!!!!

I have Crohn's disease and have seen many GI specialists in my day. As it turns out my first GI had me on the wrong medication for years, and at Minnesota Gastroenterology they finally found the correct medication for me. I had a MAJOR flare in the weeks leading up to my wedding and Minnesota Gastro fit in SIX appointments, including a colonoscopy within the 12 days leading up to my wedding.
