We spent maybe 5 minutes with the doctor and left with no real answers. the doctor never even examined my son. worst $500 I ever spent!
RecommendedHad a procedure there in Plymouth today and every staff I encountered from clerk to nurse to MDA to CRNA to physician were just wonderful!
Doctors contradict each other on our son's plan, they refuse to do any testing to find out what is going on with my son, and they don't call back when they say they will. They were rude and condescending. During all of this, my son is vomiting stool and their answers are try two bowel clean outs, don't worry that he has lost 6 lbs and only weighed 50 to begin with, even though he is 10 years old.
What is pathetic is that I left a message 8/23 9:30 am, entered a portal message mid afternoon 8/23, left another message 8/24 around 9 am. Why is it so hard to provide Customer Service? Still waiting.....just to make an appointment!!!!!!!!!!!
I have Crohn's disease and have seen many GI specialists in my day. As it turns out my first GI had me on the wrong medication for years, and at Minnesota Gastroenterology they finally found the correct medication for me. I had a MAJOR flare in the weeks leading up to my wedding and Minnesota Gastro fit in SIX appointments, including a colonoscopy within the 12 days leading up to my wedding. The pediatric doctors have followed 2 of my kids for 15 years. They are part of our family forever
Terrible! Have to pay over 2 grand for a procured that didn't even work. Not to mention just the Vist alone was over a grand! Horrible place. Try to talk to someone in billing because I feel like I'm being charged twice and just get attitude.
