being a business owner myself, this place is crooked. I make a purchase with agreement to make payment at opening and they lied.
RecommendedIt was a great experience! Buying a new tractor is not an inexpensive investment, and they made the whole thing completely stress free. Eric was very professional, and understood my needs. Tractor was delivered fully ready to go with all the attachments put on and full of gas. It's hard to find good customer service like this anymore!!

RecommendedI have purchased 4 chainsaws, one trimmer, and several repairs from this company. Bruce is my man down in the Savage store. I have always received excellent service and pricing. By far my favorite chainsaw is the baby Echo top handle. It goes through most everything and is super light. Best place around for equipment.
Minnesota Equipment in Rogers has poor customer service for residential customers. I've purchased two zero turn mowers and a quality snow blower from the Roger's location. This year I was going to splurge on a tune up for my mower ($285) and was told the wait was three weeks...not a big deal, it's spring. The issue is that management won't let you prepay and drop off your mower a week ahead of time; rather, you have to physically drop off your mower to be put on a list and have the mower sit on their lot while they take thre... read more

Today I had to exchange blades for my L110 tractor. It was a bit of a complicated exchange. Bruce M. at the Savage store helped me. He was amazing. I recommend this store to anyone. I have them work on my snowblower and tractor. Wonderful group of people who do excellent work!
