Workers here do not accept their mistakes and easily will blame some one else for making mistakes and once you call question about what happened they will say oh You have to talk to this person, I do not do that and they will transfer you to someone else. And here again same thing over and over once you get transferred. And they will still make you pay for something that was not customer mistake, and customer did not received on time.
