Workers here do not accept their mistakes and easily will blame some one else for making mistakes and once you call question about what happened they will say oh You have to talk to this person, I do not do that and they will transfer you to someone else. And here again same thing over and over once you get transferred. And they will still make you pay for something that was not customer mistake, and customer did not received on time. I have had many bad experiences with Minnesota Chemical. They ordered wrong voltage machines and would not take them back. They spaced my machines horrible they left 12 or more inches on one end and 2 inches on another. There communication is bad. They only answer questions when they want to sometimes not at all. I would not bless this experience on anyone
