I've been going for almost 10 years and I've never had anything but excellent care! I live north of Bemidji MN so it's a 4.5hr drive and so worth it. I love Dr Mike! We had struggled with infertility for 10 yrs prior to seeing Dr. Mike and I absolutely believe because of the care and direction they went with my health is the reason I have 2 beautiful children today.
I have had two appointment at the clinic due to thyroid issues. At those appointments the front desk was friendly and the physician was attentive and informative. However, something got mixed up withy insurance and I was treated very rudely in the e-mails about what to do next. I am not sure if this employee works in finance or billing, but she told me that I "failed to produce" a referral when I was specifically told o didn't need one. They've been there to help me whenever I have needed help. I love that Dr. Gonzalez makes you feel you're always doing your best, even when you slip up occasionally.
